The FOP, FOP Auxiliary and FOPA is sad to announce that FOPA State President Donnie Atkins has passed away. Donnie died on November 1 and was buried in a private ceremony on November 3. Donnie was a faithful member of the FOPA and he will be missed by all the knew him. Rest in Peace our friend.
